Perfect Pasta Timer

Is this something we really need? You can enter in the shape of the pasta, the amount you are cooking, and whether you like it cooked regular or al dente. It also has a probe to let you know when the water is the right temperature. It beeps when your pasta is ready.

I guess I’m just a simpleton in the kitchen. I just boil water, dump in the box of pasta, and wait 8 to 10 minutes. You won’t see me on Top Chef.
